大叶榉不同种源抗旱性比较

摘    要:以5个大叶榉种源为材料,测定其叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量。结果表明:大叶榉叶片中脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量等生理指标在不同种源间存在着极显著差异;隶属函数法综合评价表明,5个大叶榉种源的抗旱性顺序为赣州种源怀化种源滁州种源湖州种源南京种源。说明大叶榉不同种源间存在着的较大的抗旱性差异,该树种具有较大的种源选择潜力。

Abstract:Using 5 Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz. provenances as materials, the content of Pro, MDA, soluble pro- tein, soluble sugar and Chl of leaf were conducted. The results showed as following: There were highly significant differ- ence of Pro, MDA, soluble protein, soluble sugar and Chl contents among different provenances, and the comprehensive evaluation of the determination of membership function revealed that the order of drought-tolerance of different provenances were Ganzhou 〉 Huaihua 〉 Chuzhou 〉 Huzhou 〉 Nanjing. There were highly significant difference in drought-to lerance of different Z. schneideriana provenances, and it has obvious provenance selected potential.
