光合细菌海水培养的条件优化研究

摘    要:[目的]为光合细菌的海水培养提供科学的理论依据。[方法]对海水培养光合细菌进行培养基选择和培养条件优化研究。[结果]结果表明:矢木修身培养基是海水培养光合细菌的最佳培养基;最适宜光合细菌生长的条件是温度在30~35℃,光照强度在2 000~3 000 lx,接种量在20%~25%,空气体积分数为5%,初始pH值在7.0~7.5。[结论]光合细菌在最适宜的条件下5~6d即可培养成熟。

Study on the Optimization of Culture Conditions of Photosynthetic Bacteria with Seawater
Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific theory basis for the culture of photosynthetic bacteria with seawater.[Method] The optimal culture conditions and medium of photosynthetic bacteria with seawater were studied.[Result] The results showed that the optimal medium was Shimuxiushen medium.The optimal growth conditions of photosynthetic bacteria was temperature 30-35 ℃,the light 2 000-3 000 lx,the inoculum 20%-25%,the air cubage mark 5% and the original pH value 7.0-7.5.[Conclusion] Under optimal growth conditions,photosynthetic bacteria could be cultured to mature in 5-6 days.
