| 摘 要： | 根据城镇建设用地需求的特点，在预测城镇建设用地规模中引入多变量灰色马尔科夫模型（MGM—Marko），并用其对潜江市城镇坡用地需求进行了预测。结果表明：该模型能够很好地反应实际城镇建设用地规模变化的情况，具有较好的科学性和实用性。

| Abstract: | According to the demand characteristics of construction land,the multi-variable grey Markov forecast model was introduced to forecast the urban constructive land.The demand of urban construction land in qianjiang city was predicted.The results showed that this prediction model could well response to the actual scale changes of urban construction land,and had good scientific and practical. |
