母猪本交与人工授精生产效果的比较

目的]探讨猪人工授精技术的实用性。方法]通过测定母猪情期受胎率、受胎母猪分娩率和平均窝产活仔数等生产指标,比较本交与人工授精2种配种方式的生产效果。结果]采用人工授精共配种母猪323头次,其母猪情期受胎率为84.2%,受胎母猪分娩率为90.8%,平均窝产活仔数10.3头;对照组本交共配种母猪156头次,其母猪情期受胎率82.7%,受胎母猪分娩率91.0%,平均窝产活仔数10.2头。2种配种方式的生产效果无明显差异。结论]人工授精技术的生产水平已达到或超过猪场本交配种水平。

Comparison Test and Analysis on the Production Effects between Natural Mating and Artificial Insemination in Sow

Objective]The aim of the research was to discuss the practicality of swine artificial insemination technology.Method]The production indexes such as sow estrus pregnancy rate,the delivery rate of conceived sows and the average number of live piglets per litter were determined and the production effects of 2 kinds of mating ways of natural mating and artificial insemination were compared.Result]For 323 sows mated by artificial insemination,the sow estrus pregnancy rate was 84.2%,the delivery rate of conceived sows was 90.8% and the average number of live piglets per litter was 10.3 heads.For 156 sows mated by natural mating in control group,the sow estrus pregnancy rate was 82.7%,the delivery rate of conceived sows was 91.0% and the average number of live piglets per litter was 10.2 heads.The production effects of 2 kinds of mating ways had no obvious difference.Conclusion]The production level of artificial insemination technology has been reached or exceeded the level of natural mating in pig farms.
