微粒子病家蚕中肠组织蛋白质的变化

摘    要:用浓度为104spores/mL、106spores/mL和108spores/mL的家蚕微孢子虫孢子2mL分别感染三组4龄起蚕(每组100条),另设一组作为空白对照。分别于5龄起蚕饷食后第48h、96h和144h解剖获取中肠组织,提取中肠组织蛋白质进行SDS-PAGE电泳。SDS-PAGE结果显示感染后的不同时间,家蚕中肠组织蛋白质出现了不同的变化,并且某些蛋白的变化与感染的浓度呈相关性

Abstract:400 fourth instar silkworm larvae were divided into four groups.Three of them were infected with 2 ml Nosema bombycis with the concentrations of 104 sopors/mL, 106 spores/mL and 108 spores/mL respectively. The fourth group was the control. Midgut was dissected from 30 silkworm larvae at 48th hour, 96th hour and 144th hour after first feeding of fifth instar, and midgut protein was obtained for SDS-PAGE.
