| Abstract: | The tomato seeds from Turkey were detected by DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR. The results showedthat Tomato spotted wilt virus（TSWV）was detected in this batch of tomato seeds. Sequencing results of PCRproducts showed that the nucleotide sequence similarity of the fragment to the other TSWV isolates was 99%-100%.TSWV was confirmed in this batch of tomato seeds. |
