| 摘 要： | 角蛋白酶主要由微生物产生,可以降解角蛋白,可以用于畜禽羽毛、被毛的分解。本文主要介绍角蛋白酶的来源、基本性质、检测方法和角蛋白酶在饲料行业中的应用以及在动物生产试验中的效价。

| Abstract: | Keratinase is a kind of enzyme with a ability of degrading keratin produced by microorganisms, it can be used to degrade the poultry feathers and animal hair. This article aims to introduced the sources,basic properties,detection methods, the applications of keratinase in feed industry and the effects in animal production tests. |
