植物乳酸杆菌对感染沙门氏菌蛋鸡血浆生化、免疫水平及沙门氏菌定植的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究植物乳酸杆菌对感染肠炎沙门氏菌蛋鸡血浆生化、免疫水平及沙门氏菌定植的影响。将400只京红1号商品代蛋鸡随机分成4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。A组和C组饲喂基础饲粮,B组和D组在基础饲粮添加2×10~8 CFU/g植物乳酸杆菌。饲喂1周后,C组和D组连续2 d口服1×10~10CFU/m L肠炎沙门氏菌菌液,A组和B组口服等量无菌PBS溶液,饲养3周。结果表明:添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著提升总蛋白、球蛋白水平(P0.05),显著降低低密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯(P0.05);添加植物乳酸杆菌可显著增加IgM、IgG(P0.05);蛋鸡感染沙门氏菌的第14天和第21天及试验全程,添加植物乳酸杆菌显著减少盲肠食糜中肠炎沙门氏菌拷贝数(P0.05)。综上可知,日粮中添加植物乳酸杆菌可改善感染肠炎沙门氏菌蛋鸡的血浆生化指标,缓解炎症损伤,降低盲肠沙门氏菌定植数量,保障机体健康。

Effect of Dietary Supplementation with Lactobacillus plantarum on Biochemical Parameter,Immune Cytokines and Cecum Salmonella in Laying Hens Infected with S. enteritidi

Abstract:The aim of this research was to investigate Lactobacillus plantarum effect on biochemical parameter, plasma immunoglobulin, as well as cecum salmonella copies in laying hens infection salmonella. A total of 400 salmonella-negative, healthy laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups, each of the two components to 2 biosafety isolated sheds, 5 pens of 20 birds each. Dietary treatments were: A: basal diet, B: basal diet+2.0×10~8 CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum,C: basal diet+oral salmonella administration, D: basal diet+2.0×10~8 CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum +oral salmonella administration. All birds(n=200) in C and D were orally challenged with 1 mL suspension of 1.0×10~8 CFU/mL salmonella at d 7 and d 8 after the initiation of experiment. Group A and B were treated with the same amount of sterile PBS. The results showed as follows: The addition of Lactobacillus plantarum significantly improved(P<0.05) the total of protein and globulin, and can significantly reduced(P<0.05) low-density lipoprotein and triglyceride in laying hens infected with salmonella. Lactobacillus plantarum significantly increased(P <0.05) the plasma of IgM, IgA. During the post-SE-challenge period, Lactobacillus plantarum supplementation reduced(P<0.05) salmonella copies at D14 and D21. Meanwhile, from d 1 to d 21, the salmonella copies lower of hens supplied with Lactobacillus plantarum(P<0.05). The addition of Lactobacillus plantarum can maintain the normal biochemical level of hens, alleviate the oxidative stress caused by salmonella infection, and plant Lactobacillus plantarum can reduce the colonization of salmonella in cecum.
