植物乳杆菌WEI-70菌粉对产蛋鸡的安全性及生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究基础日粮中添加植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus Plantarum)WEI-70菌粉对产蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质、组织病理学影响,评价菌株WEI-70对产蛋鸡的安全性和功效性。试验使用305日龄海兰褐蛋鸡288只,随机分为2组,每组设6个重复,每个重复24只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加植物乳杆菌WEI-70冻干菌粉,每克日粮中的活菌浓度为1×10~6 CFU。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的平均日产蛋量显著提高了2.71%(P0.05),平均料蛋比显著下降了3.27%(P0.05),哈氏单位显著提高了3.42%(P0.05),蛋黄颜色显著提高了4.37%(P0.05);试验组和对照组的心、肝、脾的脏器重量和脏器指数均无显著差异(P0.05),都没有出现病理学变化,但与对照组相比,试验组的空肠绒毛高度显著提高了31.82%(P0.05)。由此可见,植物乳杆菌WEI-70在蛋鸡养殖生产中能够促进蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的提升和空肠绒毛高度增加,并且不会引起脏器的病理变化,体现出较高的安全性。

Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70 Powder on the Safety,Production Performance and Egg Quality of the Layer Hens

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70 powder of the basal diets on the production performance, egg quality and histopathology of layer hens, in order to evaluate the safety and efficacy for layer chicken of Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70. Two hundred and eighty eight Hailanhe laying hens at 305 days old were divided into two groups randomly with 6 replicates per group and 24 laying hens per replicate control group was fed to basal diets, and experimented group was fed to basal diets with 1×10~6 CFU/g diet freeze-dried powder of Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70 The results showed that compared with the control, the average daily egg production and the average feed-egg ratio of the experimental group were increased significantly by 2.71%(P<0.05) and 3.27%(P<0.05), respectively. Meanwhile, the hartz unit and egg yolk color of the experimental group were increased significantly by 3.31%(P<0.05) and 4.17%(P<0.05), respectively. The results also showed that there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group in the organ weight(P>0.05) and organ coefficient(P>0.05), and that both of groups had no histopathology, but jejunal villi height of the experimental group increased by 31.82%(P<0.05) was higher significantly than that of the control group. In conclusion, supplementation with Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70 could improve the production performance, egg quality, and ejunal villi height of the layer hens, furthermore, the organ of the layer hens had no histopathology, showing safety of Lactobacillus plantarum WEI-70.
