摘    要:实验结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加,大麦种子萌发受到的抑制作用增强,发芽率、发芽指数呈下降趋势,相对盐害率随盐浓度增加而增大;不同大麦品种间种子萌发存在一定的差异,盐丰1号和C2118为供试品种中的耐盐大麦品种。苗期是大麦盐分敏感期,大麦植株分蘖明显受到盐分胁迫的影响;成熟期植株产量也受到盐分胁迫的影响,随盐浓度的增加而降低,C2118表现出较高的产量和耐盐性。

Abstract:The result showed that along with the increase of NaCl stress content,the inhibitive effect on seed germination and relative salt harm rate increased,germination rate and germination index reduced.There were some differences in seed germination among different barley cultivars,Yanfeng 1 and C2118 were tolerant to salt in this experiment.Seedling stage was the salt sensitive stage of barley,barley tillering was obviously effected by salt stress.The barley yield was also effected by salt stress,which reduced along with the increase of salt content,however,C2118 had high yield and higher salt tolerance under salt stress.
