摘    要:目的]比较盐胁迫对棉花种子萌发的影响,为筛选耐盐棉花品种提供理论依据.方法]实验设6个NaCl浓度(0(ck),50,100,150,200和300 mmol/L)处理,对比了新疆南疆棉花生产中7个陆地棉品种种子萌发阶段的发芽势、发芽率、吸水速率和电解质相对渗漏率的差别,采用隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价.结果]随着NaCI溶液浓度的升高,不同棉花品种的种子吸水量逐渐减少,发芽势和发芽率逐渐降低,盐害率逐渐增加.7个品种种子萌发阶段的发芽势、发芽率、吸水速率和电解质相对渗漏率存在较大差别.结论]根据耐盐性综合评价值,供试7个棉花品种种子萌发阶段的耐盐性顺序为:中棉43号>军棉1号>新陆中20号>中棉49号>中棉35号>新陆中21号>豫棉17号.

Abstract:【Objective】This study was carried out to investigate the effects of different NaCl concentration on germination percentage of cotton seeds.【Method】The experiment had set 6 different NaCl concentration stresses(0(CK),50,100,150,200,300 mmol/L),in order to understand the salt resistance of cotton seeds,the germination potential,germination percentage,the water absorption rate and the relative percolation ratio of electrolyte of seven varieties were tested in solution-cultured condition with six NaCl levels.Salt-tolerance was evaluated comprehensively by membership function method.【Result】The results showed that with increasing of the concentration of NaCl solution,the water-absorbing capacity,the germination potential and germination rate decreased,but the salt stress rates increased.The germination potential,germination percentage,the water absorption rate and the relative percolation ratio of electrolyte of seven varieties were significantly different.【Conclusion】According to the comprehensive evaluation value of salt-tolerance,the salt resistance of the seven varieties during germination stage were showed as follows:zhongmian43>junmian1> xinluzhong20>zhongmian49>zhongmian35>xinluzhong21 >yumian17.
