西瓜枯萎病防治现状与展望

摘    要:西瓜枯萎病是一种严重影响西瓜生长的土传病害。系统介绍了现阶段西瓜枯萎病防治的技术和措施,并且分析了这些方法的局限性。西瓜抗病育种是防治西瓜枯萎病最简单有效的方法,但西瓜遗传基础狭窄,致病菌生理小种不断分化、变异,枯萎病致病机理尚未澄清,抗性遗传复杂等诸多难题却阻碍着抗病育种。生物技术的不断发展为解决上述问题展现出了美好前景。

Abstract:Watermelon wilt disease is a soil epidemic which affects the growth of watermelon badly.The advances and localization on control watermelon wilt disease have been reviewed in the paper.Resisting breeding is the most simple and effective method.But the germ plasm is confined,the physiological strains of Fusarium oxyporum fsp.niveum differentiate continuously,the nosogenesis of watemelon wilt disease has not been clarified,the inheritance of resistanting is complicated,etc,The above mentioned problems baffle resisting breeding.The prospect of application of the biological technology on resistance breeding to watermelon wilt disease was also discussed.
