摘    要:利用色差计测得的L、a、b值估测番茄样品中番茄红素含量,建立可以根据色差计的读数值估测果实中番茄红素含量的回归方程。经过验证,该方程相关性良好,根据色光值能够准确地估测出番茄果实中番茄红素含量,为日常检验工作提供了快速的测定方法。

Abstract:In the subject, the value of L, a and b is measured respectively using color difference meter to roughly determine the lycopene content of tomato samples. The regression equation for the estimation of lycopene content is then built according to the datum from the meter. The equation is finally verified to have positive correlation and therefore the lycopene content in tomato fruits can be accurately determined. The research contributes a fast determination method of lycopene content to the daily examination...
