中国吉林省和韩国野生大豆的遗传多样性及遗传关系分析

摘    要:利用9对多样性较高的SSR引物分析了来自中国吉林省(36份)和韩国(40份)野生大豆材料的遗传多样性,结果表明:在全部76份材料中,共检测到172个等位基因,每对引物平均获得19.1个.其中,在韩国的野生大豆资源中,每对引物检测到等位基因数11-18个,平均13.7个.中国吉林省的野生大豆资源中,每对引物检测到等位基因数5~16个,平均12.3个.不论中国吉林省还是韩同的野生大豆都具有较高的多态性信息含世(PIC),分别为0.821和0.868,两者遗传多样性并没有明显差异,聚类分析结果表明可将中国吉林省与韩闻的野生大豆分为两大类群.

Abstract:This study was carried out to investigate genetic diversity of China Jilin province(36)and Korean(40)wild soybean using nine simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers.A total of 172 alleles were observed in 76 accessions with an average of 19.1.For each ,Korean wild soybean were ranged from 11 to 18 with average 13.7,and China Jilin province were ranged from 5 to 16 with average 12.3.Wild soybeans from China Jilin province and Korea all had high genetic diversity with PIC value of 0.821 and 0.868 respectively.Ther...
