摘    要:拷贝数变异(copy number variation,CNV)作为结构变异的一种新形式,在品种多样性、生物进化和疾病相关性等研究中起着重要作用。本文主要介绍了CNV的相关概念、分类、作用机制等,并对近年来的研究进行了总结;简单介绍了目前检测CNV的常用技术和CNV在奶牛育种中的研究现状;阐述了当前CNV研究进展缓慢的部分原因,并对其与疾病、生物进化和物种多样性相关性研究的前景进行了一些展望。

Abstract:Copy number variation (CNV) has recently gained considerable mterest as source of structure varmuon likely playing important role in researching phenotypic diversity, evolution and disease study. Much efforts has been made in the identification and mapping regions varying in copy numbers among normal individuals in human, using bioinformatics or hybridization based methods. The study introduced briefly concept, classify and mechanism of CNV, and gave a sum-up about recently study. This article pointed out the problem in CNV study and concerned more CNV in dairy breeding.
