玉米抽雄期不同叶位叶片生理特性的研究

摘    要:以紧凑型玉米郑单958为材料,应用农学和植物化学技术,研究了抽雄期玉米不同叶位叶片的形态和生理特性的区别.结果表明:抽雄期玉米植株中部的第12~14叶位叶片的叶面积较大,叶绿体色素含量、净光合速率、干物质重量、含水量以及蛋白质含量较高,并且各性状之间具有相关性,而下部的衰老叶片和上部的新展开叶片生理活性不稳定,叶绿体色素含量、净光合速率及蛋白质含量均低于中部叶片.对于具有22~23片叶的紧凑型玉米,以第12~14叶的生理性状代表抽雄期玉米植株的生理特性较为适宜.

Abstract:The hybrid maize variety Zhengdan958 of upright-leaf type was used as experimental materials.Agronomy and phytochemistry approach were used to investigate the leaf morphological and physiological characteristics in different leaf positions of maize at heading stage.The results showed that leaf area of the 12th to 14th leaves in middle of plant were larger,content of chloroplast pigments,net photosynthetic rate,dry matter weight,water content and soluble protein content were higher.And correlation was found ...
