三叶木通硬枝扦插试验

摘    要:研究了外源激素及浓度、插穗部位对三叶木通硬枝扦插生根的影响.结果表明:三叶木通属于皮部生根兼有愈伤组织生根的综合生根类型;在供试的2种外源激素中,以生根粉(ABT1)总体效果好于萘乙酸(NAA),但也明显优于对照;不同浓度的外源激素均能促进插穗生根,以200 mg/L ABT1处理效果最好,2 000 mg/L ABT1次之,200 mg/L NAA最差;插条部位对三叶木通插穗生根能力有较大影响,枝条基部做插穗的生根效果最好,枝条中部次之,枝条上部最差.

Abstract:The effects of cutting position,type of hormone,treatment concentration to hard wood cutting of Akebia trifoliate were studied.The experiment showed that: The Akebia trifoliate belonged to integrated rooting type;There were two type of hormone,the best hormone was ABT1;The hormone concentration could accelerate rooting,The best treatment was to use 200 mg/L ABT1 for 3 h,The cutting position could effect on rooting of Akebia trifoliate,The better cutting position was base part.
