| 摘 要： | 以引进美国的13个制汁葡萄品种(美洲种或欧美杂种)为试材,通过人工低温胁迫处理1 a生休眠枝条,测定了冻害指数、电解质外渗率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸6项生理生化指标的含量,采用隶属函数法综合评价了各品种的抗寒性.结果表明:13个品种的平均隶属度介于0.61～0.82,对低温冻害分属于中等抗寒、抗寒和高抗3个级别.其中,‘Blue Star’属于高抗,‘Golden Muscat’、‘Montreal’、‘Concord’、‘Concord Seedless’、‘Reliance Seedless’、‘Catawba’和‘Vanessa Seedless’7个品种属于抗寒,其余5个品种属于中抗.

| Abstract: | Under cold stress condition of one-year-old branches,the cold hardiness of thirteen juice making grape cultivars(V.labrusca or hybrid)introduced from USA was comprehensive evaluation based on the cold index(CI),relative electric conductivity(RC),soluble sugar(SS),soluble protein(SP),malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(PRO)by the subordinate function(SF).The results showed that the subordinative level of thirteen juice making grape cultivars were from 0.61 to 0.82 and they could be classified to middle resistance,resistance and high resistance to cold stress.Among of them,cultivar’Blue Star’was highly resistant;seven cultivars,’Golden Muscat’,’Montreal’,’Concord’,’Concord Seedless’,’Reliance Seedless’,’Catawba’ and ’Vanessa Seedless’ were resistant,and others were middle resistant to cold stress. |
