| 摘 要： | 通过利用非互补的PCR-RFLP技术检测了12个鸡群体378个样本在Mx基因编码序列第1892位的等位基因.结果表明:鸡Mx基因经PCR-RFLP扩增,获得长度约为100 bp的基因片段,在1892位发生A→G的突变;鸡Mx的抗病性(A)和易感性(G)等位基因频率分别为38%和62%,且分布于西南亚的BAN、PKD、PMA和Pal 4个鸡群体中的抗病基因频率明显高于其他群体.
