壳梭孢素对黄化花生幼苗生长和呼吸速率的影响

摘    要:壳梭孢素(FC)对黄化花生幼苗下胚轴和幼茎的伸长有明显的促进作用,0.068、0.68和6.8mg/LFC使黄化苗幼茎分别增长了9.5%、15%和31.4%.FC对离体下胚轴切段的伸长和鲜重也有显著的促进作用,但对干重影响不大.在无氧条件下,FC对下胚轴伸长的促进作用几乎被完全抑制.此外,FC使黄化苗幼茎的呼吸速率提高约13%.

Abstract:Strong effect of fusicoccin (FC) on growth and respiratory rate in etiolatedpeanut seedlings was observed. When drops of FC of 0.068, 0.68 and 6.8 mg/L wereapplied onto the buds, young stem elongation was stimulated by 9.5%, 15% and 31.4 %respectively at 2.5 days after treatment. The elongation of excised hypocotyl segments wasalso promoted by FC under aerobic condition, but not under anaerobic condition. Thissuggested that the function of FC was related to energy metabolism, which was furthersupported by the promotory effect of FC on respiration by 13%. FC also enhanced the fresh weightof excised hypocotyl segments, while no significant influence on dry weight was detected.
