条斑紫菜绿斑病发病进程研究

目的]探讨条斑紫菜绿斑病的发病进程。方法]对条斑紫菜绿斑病的发病进程、病症以及生态因子对该病的影响进行了初步研究。结果]条斑紫菜绿斑病多见于幼叶或成叶阶段,发病初期叶状体中部边缘出现直径1 mm左右的红色或淡红色小斑,然后形成绿色小斑;病情严重时,病斑边缘出现明亮绿色带,病变部分从叶状体上脱落,在藻体表面形成边缘为绿色的孔洞,之后大量腐烂流失。条斑紫菜叶状体病变部分细胞由于颜色不同,清晰地分为几轮。高温、低盐度、高密度、干出时间短容易导致该病发生。结论]该研究为条斑紫菜绿斑病的诊断提供了理论依据。

Study on Development Process of Green-spot Disease in Porphyra yezoensis

Objective] The aim of research to discuss the incidence process of green-spot disease in Porphyra yezoensis.Method] The incidence process and symptom of P.yezoensis,and the ecological factors of influening green-spot disease on this disease were studied preliminarily.Result] The green-spot disease appeared mainly in young leaf or leaf-farming stage.The red or the light red small spots with diameter about 1 mm appeared in the edge of middle thallus in initial disease stages and then they formed the green small spots.When the disease situation was serious,the bright green-belt appeared in the edge of diseased spots,the lesion part fell off from the thallus,formed the edge on the surface of the frond and became the green holes,then the rotted fronds flowed away.Some cells of the lesion part of the thallus of P.yezoensis could be divide into several ring clearly because of different color.High temperature,low salinity,high culture density and short drying time could cause this disease to break out easily.Conclusion] This study provided theoretical base for diagnosing the green-spot disease in P.yezoensis.
