北五味子花色素苷提取工艺的研究

［目的］研究北五味子花色素苷的浸提条件。［方法］选取提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、温度以及料液比5种因素进行梯度试验，确定最佳提取条件。［结果］通过单因素试验和正交试验，得出最佳提取条件：提取剂乙醇，浓度为80%，提取时间30min，浸提温度40 ℃，料液比1∶12。［结论］该试验为规模化提取北五味子色素提供依据。
