北五味子花色素苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究北五味子花色素苷的浸提条件。[方法]选取提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、温度以及料液比5种因素进行梯度试验,确定最佳提取条件。[结果]通过单因素试验和正交试验,得出最佳提取条件:提取剂乙醇,浓度为80%,提取时间30min,浸提温度40 ℃,料液比1∶12。[结论]该试验为规模化提取北五味子色素提供依据。
