提高假俭草扦插成活率的几种方法

假俭草多用扦插法进行建坪 ,由于假俭草生根较慢 ,在扦插后容易受外界环境条件的影响 ,试验结果说明 ,当温度为 2 5℃～ 30℃比温度在 1 7℃～ 2 1℃、2 2℃～ 2 5℃、2 8℃～ 33℃时扦插成活率分别提高36%、2 1 %、1 4% ;含 5个节的插穗带有分枝比不带分枝、插穗含 3个节 ,成活率分别提高 2 5 %、1 2 % ;通过4%的尿素溶液浸泡插穗茎叶 5min可提高扦插成活率 2 4 % ;通过 1 0 0～ 80× 1 0 - 6的NBA。 60× 1 0 - 6的IBA、80× 1 0 - 6的ABT处理插穗可分别提高成海率 40 %左右。所以在假俭草扦插建坪时合理的选择扦插时间、插穗形态是非常重要 ,对插穗进行适当的处理也是十分必要的。

The most common way to establish centipede grass lawn is cuttage.However,the root striking takes very long time and the survival rates are influenced heavily by environments.The conclusions of this experiment are as following 1.The best temperature for improving survival rate was from 25℃to 30℃.2.The survival rate of cutting with 5 stem nodes and aerial shoot was higher than that of with 3 stem nodes and without aerial shoot.3.survival rate could be improved by 24% if the cutting treated with 4% urea liquor.4.survival rate could be improved by 40% if the cutting treated with 80～100×10 -6 NBA,60×10 -6 IBA or 80×10 -6 ABT.Therefore the time of cuttage the conditions of cutting and the correct treatments for cutting are essential to the survival rates of centipede grass.
