籽莲施用多效唑效应初报

通过对籽莲施用多效唑简比试验。试验结果表明,籽莲施用多效唑后,节间长度缩短11.4%,叶柄和花柄高度分别降低3.2%和4.8%,粗度分别增加16.5%和13.0%,莲蓬折断率减少72.7%,同时叶片增厚、叶色浓绿、叶面积增大,蓬数增多9.4%,每蓬心皮数增多2.9%,粒质量增加1.2%,产量增幅8.8%。

Preliminary Study on Effect of Paclobutrazol on Seed Lotus

To coordinate the conflict between the yielding ability and the winding resistance or between the yielding ability and the lodging resistance on Seed Lotus,the simple comparative test of applying Paclobutrazol on Seed Lotus were carried out. The results showed that the length of internode shortened by 11.4%. The high degree of petiole and flower stalk decreased by3.2% and 4.8% respectively. The roughness increased of 16.5% and 13.0%. The rate of lotus seedpod broken reduced 72.7%. While leaves thickened,color by dense,leaf area increased to the number of lotus seedpod increased of 9.4%,and the carpel of each lotus seedpod increased 2.9%. Grain weight increased of 1.2%,output annual growth rate by 8.8%.
