| 摘 要： | 学校团委应充分发挥在校园文化建设总的突出作用,开展丰富多彩的、具有时代特征得第二课堂活动加强校园文化建设的育人工作实效,以思想政治教育统领校园文化建设,以校园文化建设推进思想政治教育工作的不断深化,切实增强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性[1]。

| Abstract: | The Committee of the Youth League should fully display in the campus cultural construction,and develop colorful and times characteristic second classroom to enhance the effectiveness of cultural education work.The mental and political education should lead the campus cultural construction,while the campus cultural construction should enhance the mental and political education and strengthen its effectiveness. |
