桑断柄型细菌性疫病的研究

近年来发现桑细菌性疫病除黑枯型、缩叶型外 ,还有一种新的症状类型———断柄型。本文对桑断柄型细菌性疫病病原菌的血清学反应、生理生化性状进行了详细的研究 ,并与以前发现的黑枯型菌、缩叶型菌作了比较试验。断柄型菌属桑疫病菌 (Pseudomonussyringaepv.mori)的同类菌 ;大多数菌株的血清学类型为Ⅴ型 ;最适生长温度 2 8～ 30℃。桑断柄型细菌性疫病在自然情况下于 4月上旬到 5月上旬发病 ,4月中下旬发生最多 ,表现为嫩叶叶柄的中间某点呈缢缩发黑 ,随后桑叶枯萎下垂并在叶柄缢缩处断裂脱落

Study on the Broken Leafstalk Type of Mulberry Bacterial Disease

Besides two pathogenic types of mulberry bacterial disease black blight and crinkle leaf in recent years another sympton type broken leafstalk was discovered.The serum reactions and physiological and biochemical characters of the latter pathogeny were studied particularly.The pathogeny belongs in the species of Pseudomonus syringae pv. mori. The serum reaction type of the most pathogeny strains is Ⅴ type.The most suitable growth temperature is 28～30℃.In the mulberry field it occurs in the first ten days of April to the first ten days of May,and serious in the middle and the late days of April.The symptoms are that the tender leafstalk foveated on the middle then the leaf faded and fell off on the foveated part.
