摘    要:采用N、P、K肥三因素五水平二次通用旋转组合设计研究了半夏在人工栽培条件下施肥对总生物碱含量的影响.结果表明:影响半夏各等级总生物碱含量的主要因素是N肥;最可取的施肥方案为纯N 419.5~514.1kg.hm-2、K2O 150 kg.hm-2,不施P肥,此时可兼顾各等级半夏总生物碱含量都较高.

Abstract:In this paper,the quadratic general revolving combination design with three factors and five levels was used to study the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium combinations on the total alkaloid of Pinellia ternata in northwest China.The results showed that N was the main influencing factor for he total alkaloid of Pinellia ternata,the optimize combination was N 419.5~514.1 kg·hm-2,K_2O 150.0 kg·hm-2,under which the total alkaloid of Pinellia ternata higher was higher.
