汞对小麦幼苗生理活性的影响

摘    要:用水培法研究不同浓度Hg^2+处理对小麦幼苗生长情况的影响,结果显示:随着Hg^2浓度的升高,小麦根系活力、细胞膜透性呈下降趋势;叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活力变化不大,根系NR活力明显下降;可溶性蛋白含量总体降低;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力变化趋势为随Hg^2+浓度升高而先升后降。结果表明,小麦幼苗对低浓度Hg^2+有一定的抵御能力,而在较高浓度Hg^2+作用下则受到比较大的伤害。

Effect of Hg2+Stress on Physiological Characte ristics Of Wheat Seedlings
Abstract:The effect of different concentration of HgCl2 on seeding growth of wheat was investigation in this paper .The results showed that: HgCl2 reduced the activity of roots,SOD,CAT,NR,enhanee the cell membrane permeability,reduced the contents of soluble proteins in the leaves during seeding growth .Low concentration HgCl2, however, had short term promotive effect during early days of seeding growth.
