| Abstract: | Seventy-two species of Cercospora and allied genera collected from Northeastern region of China are reported in this paper, including fortynine species of Cercospora, two species of Mycovellosiella, two species of Phaeoramularia and twelve species of Pseudocercospora, of which, five are new combinations: Cercosporidium diervillae (Ell. et Ev.) Bai et Cheng; MycoveUosiella passalorotidis (Winter) Bai et Cheng; Pseudocercospora cladrastidis (Jacz.) Bai et Cheng; Pseudocercospora filiformis (Davis) Bai et Cheng; Pseudocercospora varia (Peck) Bai et Cheng; and ten are new record species in China: Cercospora nicandrae Chupp); C. papillosa Atkinson; C. peprillae Sawada; C. plantaginis Sacc.; C. tabacina Ell. et Ev.; C. verbascicola Ell. et Ev.; Pseudocercospora avicularis (Winter) Khan et Shamsi; P. handelii (Bubak) Deighton; P. securinegae (Togashi et Katsuki) Deighton; P. sesami (Hansford) Deighton. Meanwhile, the taxonomy problems about Cercospora and allied genera are discussed. |
