逆境中植物化学通讯机制的研究进展

摘    要:为抵抗自然界中的各种逆境,植物能发生广泛的化学通讯现象。本文综述了植物在各种生物性逆境和非生物性逆境条件下产生化学通讯机制的研究进展。目前研究主要集中在逆境胁迫对植物生长发育、生理生化过程、次生物质代谢的影响等方面,而从生理遗传学角度研究植物适应逆境胁迫的机理及植物如何感受逆境胁迫并将所产生的胁迫信号传递到作用位点从而发生相应生理变化的研究比较缺乏。从生理遗传学角度研究植物化学通讯机制是今后的主要研究方向。

Abstract:The extensive chemical communication phenomenon can be conducted in the plants in order to resist various kinds of stress in the nature.The advances in the chemical communication mechanism of plant under the different biological stress and abiotic stress were reviewed in this paper.At present,these researches were concentrated on the influence of the stress on the plant growth,physiological and biochemical course,and secondary metabolites,etc.However,there was less research on plant physiological heredity aspect,and how the plants could experience environmental stress and transmit the chemical signals to functional location to conduct its corresponding physiology change.It is the main research direction in the future to determine the chemical communication mechanism of plants in the regard of the physiological heredity.
