秋水仙素诱导四倍体石刁柏的研究

摘    要:用0.2%浓度的秋水仙素溶液处理石刁柏萌芽种子48h,获得了较好的诱变结果。最后得到了四倍体。其诱变率为36.8%。对四倍体石刁柏进行了形态观察和染色体数的鉴定,其染色体数是n=20,2n=40,井初步分析了四倍体嫩茎的粗脂肪,粗蛋白,粗灰分,16种氨基酸及维生素C等营养成分,其含量均比二倍体高。

Abstract:Tetraploid plants were obtained by treating the germinating seeds of the Asparagus cultivar California University No. 72 (U.C.72) with 0.2% colchicine solution for 48 hours. The percentage of induced variation was 36.8%. The morphological characteristics of the tetraploid were compared with that of the diploid and the chromosome number of the pollen grain at metaphase in diploid was n=10, while. that in tetraploid n=20. The nutritional eomposition of the spears was analysed primarily. The contents of gross fats, gross proteines, gross ashes, vitamine C and 16 different kinds of amino acids in tetraploid were higher than those in diploid. Elegant techniques have been developed for the study of chromosomce in dividing pollen grains in Asparagus (Zou Dao-qian 1985). The pollen grain material is particularly suitable for the determination of chromosome numbers in large samples of genetic material.
