成县核桃区试品种(系)黑斑病抗性评价

摘    要:为了鉴定成县选育获得的4个核桃新品种(系)对黑斑病的抗病性,以当地2个主栽品种为对照进行区试,于核桃黑斑病盛发期,分别对参试的6个核桃品种(系)叶片黑斑病病叶率及病情指数进行了调查分析,并采用标准差法对各品种(系)的抗病性进行评价。结果表明:所有参试核桃品种(系)均感染黑斑病,但不同品种(系)感染程度不同,病叶率和病情指数存在显著差异(p<0.05)。抗病性强弱顺序为:Y1101>清香>B0803-5>Y1001>Y1102>香玲。感病最严重的为香玲,为高感品种(系);其次是Y1102,为抗病品种(系),其余均为高抗品种(系)。

Abstract:In order to identify the resistance of four walnut varieties(lines)to black spot disease,the leaf black spot of 6 walnut varieties(lines)were investigated,and the infection rate and disease index were calculated.The resistance of each walnut variety(line)was evaluated by standard deviation method.The results showed that although all walnut varieties(lines)were infected with black spot,different varieties(lines)have different degrees of infection with black spot,and there are significant differences(p<0.05)in the leaf infection rate and disease index of different varieties(lines).The degree of disease resistance follows the order:y1101>Qingxiang>b0803-5>y1001>Y1102>Xiangling.So the most serious disease-infected variety is Xiangling,followed by Y1102.
