杏和杏梅花粉生活力测定研究

摘    要:以杏和杏梅的新鲜花粉为试材,采用离体培养法,研究了不同浓度蔗糖、不同浓度硼酸、不同培养时间对杏和杏梅花粉萌发、花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:杏和杏梅最适宜的花粉培养基为蔗糖10 g·L^-1+硼酸0.03 mg·L^-1+琼脂8 g·L^-1;在25℃恒温下培养6 h,杏花粉的萌发率达到最高,发芽率为85%,而杏梅花粉的萌发率较低,发芽率为35%。

Abstract:With the pollen from Armeniaca vulgaris and Prunus mume var.bunqo as the test material,pollen vigor were tested using in vitro culture method in different sugar concentrations and boracic acid concentrations,at different culture times.The pollen germination and pollen tube growth were observed.The result showed that the best culture medium for both pollens is sugar 10 g·L^-1+boracic acid 0.03 mg·L^-1+agar,at the temperature 25℃for 6 h.The germination can reach highest at 85%,while lowest with Prunus mume var.bunqo at 35%.
