Abstract:The qualities of postharvest physiology such as respiration rates and ethylene production in Sand pear fruit was reviewed.The effects of precooling controlled atmosphere storage,cold storage and the application of 1-methylcyclopropene on the fresh-keeping of Sand pear were summarized.
