芝麻花期叶绿素含量变化及其与产量性状的相关分析

摘    要:以110份芝麻栽培品种和5份野生资源种为研究材料,分析了芝麻花期叶绿素含量的变化规律及其与产量性状的相关性。结果表明:不同品种间的叶绿素含量差异较大;野生芝麻的叶绿素含量显著高于栽培品种;各种材料叶绿素含量从初花期到终花期不断升高;不同阶段的叶绿素含量相关显著;叶绿素含量与株高、果轴长度和千粒重呈显著正相关,而与单株产量仅呈中等强度的正相关。在分组方差分析中,高叶绿素含量品种组与低叶绿素含量品种组之间的单株产量差异显著,表明通过选育高叶绿素含量的芝麻新品种来实现增产是可行的。

Abstract:In this study,110 sesame cultivars and 5 wild collections were used to investigate the differences of leaf chlorophyll content(CC) at early bloom(EB),medium bloom(MB) and full bloom(FB) stages,and its correlation with yield traits.The result showed that the variation of CC was small within cultivars while much larger among cultivars.Compared to cultivars,wild collections had significantly higher CC.During the development,CC increased significantly from EB to MB,and from MB to FB,and with a very high correlation.CC was significantly correlated with plant height,capsule axis length and 1000-seed weight,while only moderately correlated with yield per plant(YPP).By dividing the cultivars into high,medium and low CC groups,we found that YPP of high CC group were significantly higher than medium CC group,and the low CC group.Thus,it seams to be a feasible approach to increase seed yield by improving CC in sesame.
