牦牛远缘杂种及其亲本G6PD同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳(PAGE)法对牦牛、荷斯坦牛及其F1、F2代的葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氨酶(G6PD)进行电泳。结果表明:(1)奶牛与牦牛的G6PD均表现为G6PD-A的酶带类型,个体间无差异存在,性别间也不存在显著差异;(2)犏牛的酶谱与其亲本奶牛和耗牛基本相同,所有个体都是由紧密相邻的二条细带共同组成的一条G6PD同工酶带;(3)不论是正交(尕利巴)还是反交牛(牦杂),其G6PD均分离成明显的一条或多条带。

Abstract:G6PD of Yak, Holstein and their first and second filial generation individuals were analyzed with Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results demonstrated that Holstein and Yak all showed A type of G6PD with no individual and sex difference, first filial generation individuals of Holstein and Yak had same isoenzyme bands, which was composed of two thin bands, and G6PD in the second filial generation individuals were all separated into one or more bands, which showed individual polymorphisms.
