| 摘 要： | 为了探讨Leptin(瘦素)对动物生长激素(GH)分泌的影响,以大鼠为试验动物,通过侧脑室注射1 mg Leptin,并采用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)法测定了大鼠垂体GH mRNA表达水平。结果表明,大鼠侧脑室注射Leptin,能显著增加垂体GH mRNA的表达。这一结果证明了Leptin可通过下丘脑调控动物垂体GH的合成与分泌。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of Leptin on the synthesis and secretion of growth hormone (GH), rats were administrated with 1 mg Leptin by lateral ventricle injection, and GH mRNA expression level was measured by use of RT-PCR. The results showed that the lateral ventricle injection of Leptin could increase the expression of GH mRNA significantly. This suggesed that Leptin could regulate the synthesis and secretion of GH by hypothalamic. |
