啤酒花化学诱变育种的初步研究

本研究以13个啤酒花品种(品系)为试材,对其茎尖培养的基本培养基及植物生长调节剂种类、浓度进行了研究。结果表明,各品种间在增殖数目和嫩茎高度上均存在差异;啤酒花的茎尖培养要求基本培养基中高的无机盐含量,MS.Anderson 培养基适于啤酒花的茎尖培养。在植物生长调节剂的种类与浓度上,BA2.0mg·L~(-1)为各品种所必需;而对于 GA 及生长素的要求则因品种而异。卡斯凯特、簇生约基玛、巴卡、泰特纳吉不必添加 IBA 和 GA,8301,目标,布林、弗哥日需添加 GA0.3mg·L~(-1),威拉梅特、美国大花、柯密特需添加 IBA0.2mg·L~(-1),GA0.3mg·L~(-1),而赫斯布鲁克 G 则要求添加 IBA 2mg·L~(-1),GA0.3mg·L~(-1),青岛大花只需添加IBA2.0mg·L~(-1)。使用自来水代替蒸馏水取得良好结果。以微型扦插方式生根取得85%的生根株率,平均生根系数5,平均根长3.5cm,移栽成活率76%。

The Preliminary Studies of Chemical Induction Breeding in Hop

Thirteen hop cultivars have been used as experminental materials and there are differrences in shoot proliferation and height among them.As basic mediums,MS,Anderson can be used for all of these hop cultivars.BA 2.0 mg/L must be added to the medium for every cultivar.There is no necessity to add GA and IBA to the mediums for Cascade,Yaaima Cluster.Backa and Tet- tnanger As for 8301,Target,Bullion and Fuggle H,GA 0.3 mg/L is needed.
