基于知识管理的知识服务

摘    要:以知识为内涵,以服务为中心,走知识服务之路,这是图书馆知识管理的目标。阐述了知识管理的内容和知识服务的特征,分析了知识管理和知识服务的内在联系,并对知识服务的运行模式作了一些探讨。最后提出:在知识经济时代,实施知识管理,走知识服务之路,是图书馆发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:The final objective of library knowledge management should be knowledge-oriented,namely to provide knowledge service as its center theme.This paper has elaborated on the content of knowledge management and the features of knowledge service,analyzed the internal relationship between knowledge management and knowledge service,discussed the possible modes of knowledge service,and finally pointed out that it is an inevitable trend for libraries to conduct knowledge management and knowledge service in the knowledge economic age.
