摘    要:以甲基橙溶液模拟偶氮染料废水,实验研究了溶液温度对Fenton法脱色甲基橙溶液的影响,探讨了反应过程的催化反应动力学.实验结果表明,溶液温度能加速甲基橙溶液的脱色和COD的去除,并能减少Fenton试剂的用量.取1000mg/L的甲基橙溶液,调节pH为3,加热至353K后,加入Fenton试剂,使溶液中Fe^2+浓度和H2O2初始浓度分别为4mmol/L和60mmol/L,反应2.5min后,甲基橙溶液的COD去除率能达到94.23%.

Abstract:In the experiment reported in this paper,methyl orange solution was used to simulate azo dye wastewater,and the influence of temperature on its decolorization performance was investigated with Fen- ton reagent and the kinetics of catalytic reaction in the process was monitored.The results indicated that higher temperature promoted decolorization,facilitated COD removal and reduced the consumption of the reagent.For 1 000 mg/L methyl orange solution with a pH of 3 and a reaction temperature of 353 K,Fen- ton reagent was added so that the initial concentration of Fe~(2+)and H_2O_2 was 4 and 60 mmol/L,respective- ly.After 2.5 min.of reaction.94.23% of the COD in the methyl orange solution was removed.
