钾元素对平菇菌丝期生长的影响

摘    要:研究了平板培养方式下,平菇的一些生理生化指标,以确定其生长所需的最适钾元素含量,结果表明:钾元素的最佳添加浓度为0.086%,其羧甲基纤维素酶、淀粉酶、蛋白含量和钾元素吸收量最高,脯氨酸和维生素C这2个逆境指标的含量较低。

Abstract:In order to determine the optimal potassium concentration for the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus,the physiological and biochemical indexes were measured.The result showed that the activities of carboxymethyl cellulose and amylase,the protein content and potassium-absorbing amount were the highest,while the contents of proline and vitamin C,two stress indicators,were lower when the added concentration of potassium was 0.086%.
