摘    要:以439桔橙胚乳为外植体,研究不同激素配比及浓度对其离体培养的影响.结果表明:MS+BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.2mg/L+sucrose40g/L适于439桔橙胚乳愈伤诱导,MS+BA1.0mg/L+0.2NAA+sucrose40g/L+活性炭2.0g/L适合于不定芽分化.

Abstract:Endosperm were used as explants to study the influence of different Hormones concentration on culture in vitro of 439 Tangor.The results indicated that MS 6-BA1.0mg/L 2 4-D0.2mg/L sucrose40g/L was suitable for its callus induction and MS BA1.0mg/L 0.2NAA sucrose40g/L activated carbon 2.0g/L was suitable for its plant regeneration.
