| Abstract: | Plea bargaining is an important system of criminal proceedings in America.It not only diminishes the burden of judicial system effectively,but also saves limited judicial resource.The system of plea bargaining can not be imported temporarily because it departures from the goal of judicial reform,and can not assure its justice. |
