油气混输泵抗气阻稳压器的设计

摘    要:对油气混输泵中普遍存在的气阻现象进行了详细分析,为解决气阻现象,设计了抗气阻稳压器;通过理论分析和实际运行验汪,总结归纳了抗气阻稳压器具体结构的设计方法.设计制造的样机产品经实际运行考核,能够较好地满足现场恶劣使用条件的需求.

Abstract:Air-resistance phenomenon usually exists in oil-gas multiphase pump. In order to solve the air-resistance phenomenon, a scheme of designing an air-resistance regulator was purposed after detailed analysis. Based on the theoretic analyzing and practical testing, the design method of air-resistance regulator was summarized and concluded. Finally, a prototype of the designed air-resistance regulator was manufactured. The operation assessment results showed that the prototype can meet the needs of poor conditions.
