新型农民科技培训的实践与思考:以德江县为例

为大力发展现代农业,2007-2008年德江县组织实施了新型农民科技培训工程,以德江县为例,对新型农民科技培训采取的措施及取得的成效进行了论述,指出了存在的问题,提出了相应的对策.在16个乡镇35个行政村培训骨干学员1400人(每个村40名).其中,女学员456人,占32.57%.经过培训,获取绿色证书的有300多人,一大批农民培训后找到了致富之路.

Practice and Thinking on Science and Technology Training of New Farmers:Example of Dejiang County
