樟叶越桔(原变种)新鲜叶芽挥发性成分的GC MS分析

摘要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对樟叶越桔(原变种)新鲜叶芽的挥发性成分进行分析。共分离出44种挥发性成分,鉴定其中27种成分的组成,包括8种醇类、5种烷烃类、5种酯类、3种烯烃类、2种酸类、2种醛类、1种酮类及1种吡喃类。其中二甲基十氢化萘的含量最高(47035%),其他含量较高的有芳樟醇(3185%)、3,7-二甲基-1,5,7-辛三烯-3-醇(1398%)和苯乙醛(1034%)。

Abstract:The volatile components from the fresh leaf buds of Vaccinium dunalianum var. dunalianum were extracted by steam distillation extraction, and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC MS). 27 components out of the 44 volatiles extracted were identified, which included 8 alcohols, 5 alkanes, 5 esters, 3 olefins, 2 acids, 2 aldehydes, 1 ketone, and 1 pyran. Among which the content of decahydro dimethylnaphthalene was the highest, reaching 47035%, and the other major compounds were linalool (3185%), 3,7 dimethyl 1,5,7 octatrien 3 ol (1398%), and benzene acetaldehyde (1034%).
