观赏型南方红豆杉优树自由授粉家系苗期变异初探

摘要:对6个观赏型南方红豆杉优树家系在福建明溪进行苗期试验。结果表明:观赏型南方红豆杉的苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度在家系间均存在显著差异;6个优树自由授粉家系在苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度等性状方面均显著优于对照;苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度等性状均有较高的广义遗传力、中等的变异系数和较高的遗传增益;采用6个优树自由授粉家系进行苗木繁育可以达到遗传改良目的。
摘    要:对6个观赏型南方红豆杉优树家系在福建明溪进行苗期试验。结果表明:观赏型南方红豆杉的苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度在家系间均存在显著差异;6个优树自由授粉家系在苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度等性状方面均显著优于对照;苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、最长侧枝长度等性状均有较高的广义遗传力、中等的变异系数和较高的遗传增益;采用6个优树自由授粉家系进行苗木繁育可以达到遗传改良目的。

Abstract:A seedling trial of ornamental types of Taxus chinensis var. mairei with 6 open pollinated plus tree families was conducted in Mingxi County of Fujian province. The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height, basal diameter, the number of first grade lateral branches and the length of the longest lateral branches among the 6 families. Seedlings of all the 6 open pollinated plus tree families performed significantly better than the CK in terms of the seedling height, basal diameter, number of first grade lateral branches and the length of the longest lateral branch indexes. It was showed that the above characteristics of Taxus chinensis var. mairei were with higher broad heritability, medium variation coefficient and higher genetic gain. It was proposed that breeding seedlings with the 6 open pollinated plus tree families could realize the purpose of genetic improvement.
