鱼子兰化学成分分析

摘要:为进一步研究鱼子兰全株的化学成分,利用柱色谱方法对其进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共从中分离鉴定出6种化合物,分别为2-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛(Ⅰ),阿魏醛(Ⅱ),表松脂酚(Ⅲ), 4′,5,7 -三甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅳ), flavokawain A (Ⅴ),5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅵ)。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of Chloranthus elatior plant were analyzed by means of chromatographic techniques and the chemical structure of these components was identified by spectral data and physico chemical properties of the constituents. Six compounds including 2- methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde (Ⅰ), coniferylaldehyde (Ⅱ), epipinoresinol (Ⅲ), 4′,5,7-trimethoxyflavonol (Ⅳ), flavokawain A (Ⅴ), and 5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavanone (Ⅵ) were isolated from the plant species and identified by this study.
