| 摘 要： | 长期以来,林权争议一直影响着林区社会稳定。集体林权制度改革后,各级政府及林业部门加强了对林权争议的调处力度,但在具体案例中对证据的适用遇到许多难题。本文通过对部分省份林权争议调处实践的总结,对争议调处适用的证据及法律效力进行梳理,对当前我国各级林权争议调处工作具有借鉴意义。
