创新水稻生产服务模式 推进现代农业建设进程

近年来,农村围绕"农业增效、农民增收"的主题,从推广水稻机插秧技术入手,创新了为农服务体系,成立了水稻生产服务合作社,实行了"合作社+基地+农户"的生产服务模式,为广大农民提供了"五统一"的一体化生产服务,走出了一条适应当前农村劳动力向二三产业转移现状,依靠科技服务实现水稻高产增效,推进了现代农业建设进程的成功之路。现以高邮市界首镇为例对此进行详细探讨。

Innovating the Production Service Mode of Rice To promote Agricultural Modernization Process

In recent years,around the theme of "increase peasant income,improve agriculture benefit"in rural areas,starting with popularizing the technology of rice transplanting with machine,through innovating service system for agriculture,the production service cooperative of rice was set up,the production service mode of "cooperative + base peasant + household" was carried out,the integrated production service of "Five Unities" was provided for the vast farmers,so walking out of a successful way of promote agricultural modernization process,which adapts to the transfer status of rural labors to the second and third industries and has realized high-yielding and high-efficiency rice by science and technology service.The paper takes Jieshou town of Gaoyou city as an example to discuss this in detail.
